Cancellation Policy-

Please share in the practice of courtesy and respect.  When your appointment space is reserved, no other client can view or book this space.  If you cancel late or do not attend your appointment, that action has a negative impact on my business as well as other clients.

I will try as much as possible make your session work with the time allowed.

  • Clients may cancel up to 12 hours before their appointment without penalty.  If insufficient notice or no notice is given, clients may be responsible for partial or full payment at the discretion of Freedom Massage. ​

​

  • In the case of no notice and if the client wishes to reschedule, a credit card will be required to keep on file prior to booking future sessions and a $30.00 non-refundable deposit is mandatory.  This deposit will then be applied to your session.  If the client fails to show a 2nd time, the entire amount of both visits will be charged, less the $30.00 deposit.​​​

Tardy Policy-

​​In the case of a tardy client, I will do as much as possible to provide the full length of session.  In the case that the schedule is too tight to allow the full length, the client will still be charged for their full session cost.  Sessions will not be pro-rated for a tardy client, at the discretion of Freedom Massage.

In case of illness-

In the case of illness, I understand this can come on suddenly.  Please still consider the following when booking and/or confirming your sessions:

  • Be extra conscious of your health.  If you feel anything out of the ordinary, consider rescheduling your session.  Symptoms mainly involve abnormal cough, trouble breathing, abnormal headache and a fever.  Do not risk it! Please do not risk your health, my health, or the health of other clients.

 

  • Now more than ever, good hygiene is essential before, during and after your session.  

 

  • I am able to add a payment method to your account to make the checkout process quicker and contact free.  You may also consider purchasing a package and having sessions loaded onto your account for future use.

As Covid is continuously evolving, clients are often uncertain.  We can discuss your comfort level at the time of your session.  I have masks available if the client chooses to wear one or for myself to wear as your provider.

Gift Certificate Policy-

There are no refunds for Gift Certificate Purchases.  Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.  Gift Certificates should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if gone missing.  If a Gift certificate expires, it is up to the discretion of Freedom Massage to determine an existing value, if any.
